OUR SERVICES

 Estoppel Certificate
Preparation of Estoppel documents based on information provided by the timeshare resort . We will investigate the timeshare's status including taxes, maintenance fees, and any outstanding charges or special assessments that may occur.

 Document Preparation
We will prepare the appropriate deed (Quitclaim Deed, Warranty Deed, etc), as well as resort transfer and membership transfer documents.

 Buyer and Seller Updates
We will keep both parties informed throughout the timeshare closing process, from start to finish.

 Escrow Service
We will deposit escrow funds with an escrow agent until the deed is successfully recorded.

 Deed Recording
We file all of the correct documents, and foward the recording fees and/or recording tax for recording where your property is located. Upon recording we will send you the original deed.

 Resort Notification
We will notify the resort of the transfer of ownership or membership, and we will provide all resorts with a copy of the deed as recorded, or other legal proof of ownership or membership.

 OPTIONAL - Title Insurance Referral
If you are interested in obtaining title insurance, we can refer you to a national title insurance company that generally charges its own fee.
